We're growing, and we're looking for a Development Design & Construction Manager to serve as our owner's representative and drive our active developments from entitlement through turnover. Requirements

5+ years in real estate development, construction management, or design management
Strong grasp of building systems, construction methods, and design processes
Sharp budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting skills
Confidence working with city officials, GCs, and lenders
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead entitlement, permitting, and city approval processes from concept to completion
Manage design from concept through construction documents, keeping cost and constructability aligned
Oversee architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants - resolving conflicts and keeping deliverables on track
Run monthly OAC meetings; review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Conduct site inspections and QA/QC reviews to keep quality on point
Build and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and draw schedules alongside our accounting team
Prepare monthly lender draw requests and leadership reporting
Guide projects through close-out and a smooth handoff to property and asset management
