This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for supporting the execution of fundraising events, coordinating external relationships, managing key project components, and ensuring strong donor stewardship and engagement. The Development Coordinator will also support internal systems and processes that drive fundraising success, including CRM management and donor communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing logistics and relationship-building, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to deepen their experience in nonprofit fundraising, while making a meaningful impact on youth and families across Oregon.
