Requirements

  • Experience creating engaging digital content across social media.
  • Ability to research and approach businesses for donations.
  • Experience in corporate relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess an insured & registered vehicle and a valid AZ driver’s license.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • DES Criminal Affidavit Required

Responsibilities

  • Provide temporary support to the Development Team Managers during a defined six-week assignment.
  • Assist with event follow-up.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Cultivate donations from local and national businesses.
  • Draft social media content.
  • Support corporate partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to other project-based initiatives as needed.
  • Contact attendees of the August 12th WGC event to invite them to sign up as a member of WGC.
  • Request “in-kind” donations from businesses for our November golf tournaments.
  • Assist with developing strategies to approach companies to meet their needs for staff engagement and meetings philanthropic goals.
  • Temporarily manage day-to-day social media operations, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and moderating content with a high degree of independence.
  • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement, using insights and trends to refine content strategy and improve results.
