About The Position

The Development Communications Lead is a key member of the All Stars Project (ASP) Development team that raises $12 million annually for the organization. This position provides donor-centered operational and fundraising support for three critical areas of our fundraising: Annual Giving; Development Communications; and ASP’s 10-year Becoming All Stars expansion campaign. The national Annual Giving campaign is our broadest campaign that reaches thousands of individual supporters each year. The Becoming All Stars campaign—launched in 2018 and entered its public phase just recently—is on a mission to raise $150 million and reach 100,000 young people by 2027. As of December 2025, we have already raised $116.6 million and connected more than 63,000 young people to the transformative power of development-through-performance. The Development Communications Lead is a strong communicator, passionate about the power of philanthropy to change the world, and about elevating ASP’s development team into its next phase of growth. They wear multiple hats across numerous fundraising functions and work closely with development colleagues in all five All Stars regions, playing an integral and key role in elevating our expansion campaign. The position is a hybrid role and requires some in-person attendance in the ASP New York regional office. The Development Communications Lead reports to the Director of Annual Giving and Fundraising Operations (DAGFO).
