About The Position

The Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing communication initiatives that align with the Global Food Communications Strategy and are delivered under the direction of Senior Manager Communications, Change and Employee Experieince. This role ensures clear, consistent, and engaging messaging that supports business objectives, drives employee engagement, and strengthens the company’s reputation internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university
• 5+ years related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies
• Lead internal communications initiatives
• Manage external communications, sponsorships, and reputation
• Create and oversee high-quality content and brand standards
