About The Position
The Development Associate provides high-level programmatic support and coordination for various initiatives within the Department of Development. This role involves managing multiple and complex activities and tasks with minimal direction, including documentation, database entry and management, tracking key metrics, and communicating milestones and timelines. The associate works closely with leadership, colleagues, and external partners, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth execution of program activities. This position is critical in program execution, process improvement, and stakeholder and benefactor engagement to optimize philanthropic relationships and giving to Mayo Clinic.
Requirements
- Must be located within 100 miles of the Mayo Clinic campus in Rochester, MN for occasional on-site expectations based on business needs.
- Requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
