The Development and Grant Manager oversees nearly every part of the fundraising process. The role of a Development and Grant Manager is to plan and execute the fundraising process by working with the program and finance team to work within the annual programs’ budget, support program staff in researching fundraising opportunities, manage documents and deadlines, track program outcomes and deliverables, and much more. The Development and Grant Manager does whatever is necessary within the development and grant process from start to completion. In collaboration with the Director of Development and the Chief Advancement Officer, the Development and Grant Manager ensures that the Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego (CCDSD) programs and services are fiscally sustainable through various fundraising activities.
