About Bullpen Talent Bullpen Talent connects high-caliber freelancers with US-based startups, agencies, and growing brands looking for remote contract talent. We work across design, development, and creative services — placing freelancers in projects where their skills can make a real impact. We're continuously building our bench of vetted developers for upcoming client placements. If you do great work, we'd love to hear from you. What the work looks like Our clients are typically US-based startups and SMBs who need talented developers who can own projects end to end. Work ranges from web builds and redesigns to custom integrations, automation workflows, and app development. You'll be working directly with founders, marketing leads, and product teams — so clear communication matters as much as clean code.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional development experience
• Experience doing freelance, self managed work
• Strong portfolio showing real client work
• Comfortable working independently and managing client relationships
• Detail-oriented with a reliable approach to delivery and deadlines
• Available for remote contract engagements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with no-code or low-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Bubble, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Experience working with US time zones
