About The Position

Your first assignment is to help build the financial platform that replaces a federal agency's legacy fee-management system, configuring CGI Momentum and authoring the LogicNets decision logic that automates fee verification, invoicing, and refunds. You will build on Momentum, wire up the integrations, and help move real data off the old system onto the new one. The work is real, hard, and it matters. Requirements

• Hands-on configuration and build on CGI Momentum, across Financials configuration, data structures, SQL, and reporting.
• Integration and migration craft: LogicNets rule authoring plus moving data off legacy systems onto a modern platform.
• Judgment to build in a regulated environment where accuracy and auditability are not optional.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust determination.
• Regular commuting into DC.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or Pyramid reporting.
• Experience with web services and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure CGI Momentum and author LogicNets decision logic to automate fee verification, invoicing, and refunds.
• Build on Momentum and wire up integrations.
• Move real data off the old system onto the new one.
• Configure Momentum Financials, data structures, SQL, and reporting.
• Perform integration and migration tasks, including LogicNets rule authoring and moving data off legacy systems.
• Build new capabilities, tools, and lines of business for the firm.
