Developer Relation Engineer (US, SF Bay Area)

SigNoz
•$150,000 - $220,000

About The Position

SigNoz is hiring a Developer Relation Engineer to represent its open-source observability platform in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role focuses on making customer engineering stories visible through technical videos, case studies, talks, events, webinars, and other content. The engineer will engage directly with customers and the local developer community, while helping sales and bringing customer and community feedback to product and marketing. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor: planning a calendar, running events, and delivering talks. Once the work consistently generates customer stories, community engagement, and pipeline, there is an opportunity to build a small US DevRel and field team. The position works directly with the CEO, who is based in the Bay Area, and offers budget and a path to leading the US community function.

  • Self-directed approach to planning, follow-up, and measuring results.
  • Enjoyment of meeting people and following up with contacts and story ideas.
