About The Position

This role involves translating business requirements into enterprise applications, working with technical leads and architects on system designs, and developing applications based on technical requirements and standards. The developer will build reusable code and libraries, ensure system design aligns with business needs, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. The position requires a Level III experience with over 7 years of experience in complex projects, including 2+ years in a developer leadership role. A strong background in full-stack development using modern OO programming languages, preferably .NET C#, for Web Services, Databases, or web applications is essential. Additionally, at least 4 years of experience working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program within a Health and Human Services setting is required.

Requirements

• Level III Experience: 7+ years working on complex projects, with 2+ years in a developer leadership role.
• Full-Stack Development: 7 years utilizing technologies/frameworks to achieve project goals, with hands-on experience in full-stack development using modern OO programming languages (preferably .NET C#) for Web Services, Databases, or web applications.
• Domain Experience: Minimum of 4 years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program across various workstreams (including Fair Hearings) in a Health and Human Services setting.

Nice To Haves

• 7 years developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including CI/CD techniques.
• 5 years developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
• 7 years developing web applications utilizing MVC patterns and Angular.
• 5 years developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.
• 7 years performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle.
• 4 years working with Web APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and use cases into enterprise applications and perform unit testing.
