About The Position

The IT Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team manages the platforms and integrations that make work at WWT possible. Our job is mission-critical, time-sensitive, and impactful to every single employee. Requirements

  • Experience Level: 5+ years of professional development experience.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency and experience with PL/SQL.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle HCM is a strong plus.
  • Experience with NodeJS is a plus.
  • Experience with Kafka is a plus.
  • Design Philosophy: Familiarity with functional programming and design.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery: Deliver high-quality, tested, and performant HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions.
  • System Integration: Develop and maintain seamless integrations with various downstream systems.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects within an Agile environment.
  • Production Support: Serve as an active participant in production support for existing systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases alongside analysts and business users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical design and support documentation.
