The work The senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules encompassing all the HR Functions – from Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Proficiency in SAP HR Mini-master, Cross-Application Timesheet, and Payroll Integration
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
- Maintain, enhance and develop work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications
- Create functional solutions and complete design, build, and test
- Develop detailed business process designs and associated documentation
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet the requirements
- Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
- Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
- Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
- Integrate with cross-process teams, Financial Accounting FI, CO, MM, PP and SD
