The IT Human Resources and Incentive Compensation team manages the platforms and integrations that make work at WWT possible. Requirements

• BS/BA degree in IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional development experience.
• Required experience in NodeJS, including backend and frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Familiarity with functional programming and design.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle HCM
• Experience with PL/SQL
• Experience with Kafka

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery: Deliver high-quality, tested, and performant HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain seamless integrations with various downstream systems.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with analysts, developers, and architects within an Agile environment.
• Maintenance & Support: Actively participate in production support and create technical design/support documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing alongside analysts and business users to ensure functional accuracy.
