DPP is seeking a Developer III for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. This role works closely with infrastructure engineers, operations teams, project teams, compliance stakeholders, business partners, and leadership. The successful candidate must be capable of translating business and operational requirements into technical solutions, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and functioning effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. The Windows Server Team consists of approximately twenty infrastructure professionals responsible for engineering, administration, automation, security, compliance, and support of more than 2,000 Windows-based servers supporting critical business services across the enterprise. The team is actively engaged in platform modernization initiatives including Windows Server lifecycle management, automation, compliance remediation, operational efficiency efforts, disaster recovery preparedness, infrastructure transformation, cloud enablement activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives. The team currently includes an established development function responsible for internally developed applications, automation solutions, workflow integrations, operational tooling, and process improvements supporting both Windows Server operations and related infrastructure services. Existing development resources include senior and junior developers, and this position will expand the team's development capacity while strengthening resiliency, knowledge continuity, and long-term supportability of critical solutions. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with experienced infrastructure engineers and developers while delivering solutions that have measurable impact on enterprise operations, automation maturity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
