About The Position
DPP is seeking a Developer III for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. This is a hybrid role in Columbia, SC, with onsite work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and as needed. The contract duration is 11 months, and the terms are W2 Contract. The role requires US Citizenship and a current/active low-level (Public Trust) clearance. Requirements
- 4 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
- Mainframe Development, APS, Cobol, TSO, JCL, JHS, NDVR, Microsoft 360, Teams

Responsibilities
- Mainframe Tricare Membership and Billing System (TMBS) coding, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of the most complex applications tasks and projects in TMBS.
- Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems through the use of computer resources.
- Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
- Review detailed specifications and recommend modifications.
- Design, code, test and debug complex application programs.
