About The Position
Coastal Oaks Recovery Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for contract coverage at their Detox/Substance Abuse recovery facility in Port Royal, South Carolina. The facility has 72 beds and serves voluntary patients. The NP will be responsible for completing History & Physicals (H&Ps) for an average of 20-22 detox patients per shift, with all admits occurring within 24 hours. This is a local position, requiring the provider to be within a 1-hour drive of the facility.
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Must be within 1 hour of the facility
- If a new graduate, must have RN experience in the Emergency Room or Urgent Care
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be able to work an average of 24-32 hours per week
- Must be able to work shifts from 8a - 5p (with some flexibility possible)
Responsibilities
- Complete H&Ps for detox patients
- See an average of 20-22 detox patients per shift
- Admit patients within 24 hours
