About The Position
Clay County is now accepting applications to be considered for an open position as a full-time RN Team Lead in the Detox Withdrawal Management Facility. This position will be eligible for Clay County’s benefit package, along with opportunities for career development and personal growth.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse: bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minnesota Registered Nurse License
- 1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with Chemical Dependency or Mental Health
- Driver’s license
- Successful completion of a background check
- Clay County Application must be submitted for all County positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of operations and staff during designated shift.
- Provide direct nursing care to clients.
- Assess appropriateness of client admissions and discharges and the implantation of medical protocols.
- Collaborate with agencies to discuss community needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
