About The Position

Recovery Works NW is committed to providing non-judgmental, compassionate care for individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges. This is a full-time overnight role where the work supports both patients and the nursing team in a meaningful way. In this program, patients are generally independent with personal care, so the position focuses primarily on obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting with medication administration as directed by the nurse, light cleaning duties, and helping with patient discharges. The role offers a consistent weekend day schedule in a small 16-bed setting, providing a more personal environment than larger facilities. It is a family-owned, community-based program with approachable leadership, a supportive team, and good staffing support, offering meaningful work with patients in early recovery. Additional shifts can be picked up if desired.
