Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No record of criminal conviction, diversion, or expungement of any felony or crime of dishonesty, or the equivalent under the uniform code of military justice.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain safety, security, and order throughout the facility
- Monitor inmate movement, behavior, and well-being
- Respond to fights, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents
- Conduct searches, head counts, and security checks
- Operate cameras, doors, alarms, and other control systems
- Prepare accurate logs and incident reports
- Help prevent escapes, contraband, and injury to inmates, staff, and visitors
- Support daily operations including meals, visitation, recreation, and clinic security
