About The Position

As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Bill Knight Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to use detailing tools, power buffers, vacuums, and cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in auto detailing or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using a variety of products and equipment
• Perform thorough vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
• Remove dirt, grease, tar, and other exterior blemishes
• Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces
• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Report any vehicle damage or repair concerns to the manager
