About The Position

Chris Crain CDJR "The Big Lot" is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team in Benton, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of appearance and quality before delivery to customers or display on the lot.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of vehicles including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for customer delivery or showroom display in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed.
