About The Position

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and customer pickup. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation.

Requirements

A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring vehicles are spotless and meet the dealership's high standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on your feet for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper Auto Group’s quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
Apply protective finishes to vehicles’ exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
