About The Position

We're looking for a Detailer to help prepare our new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery and keep our inventory looking showroom ready. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of a job well done, this is the perfect fit.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Previous detailing experience, but not required—we'll train the right person

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain a high standard of appearance.
Wash and clean engines and engine compartments according to dealership standards.
Inspect vehicles for visible defects and restore the appearance of upholstery, carpets, painted surfaces, and engine areas.
Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages and related appearance products.
Follow all safety procedures and complete assigned tasks in compliance with company safety standards.
Restore vehicles to a new or like-new condition to the best of your ability before delivery.
Retrieve and stage customer vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are ready when service is complete.
Conduct final quality inspections, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and report safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.
