About The Position

The Detailer ensures trucks meet high-quality aesthetic standards for customer delivery by cleaning, detailing, and applying finishes. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe, organized wash bay and meeting strict production deadlines. This position falls under the company's safety-sensitive category. Successful candidates must comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy and are subject to pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Detailing trucks prior to delivery to customer.
• Keeping wash bay clean, organized, and in proper running order.
• Using correct chemicals/washes to detail trucks inside and out.
• Completing small decaling and paint touch up, as required.
• Abiding by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
• Cooperating with, participating in, and supporting the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiling information as necessary or as directed and providing data to appropriate personnel.
• Responding to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
• Performing tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
