We are growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time Detailer to join our team. In this role, you play a critical part in the customer experience—ensuring every truck leaves our facility clean, polished, and fully prepped for delivery. Requirements
- Basic knowledge of vehicle/truck detailing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Ability to work in tight spaces such as truck cabs and engine compartments
- Comfortable with physically active work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, buff, and polish truck bodies and chrome
- Clean and polish windows for a spotless finish
- Prepare trucks for customer delivery and final presentation
- Pull units for customer pickup upon arrival
- Assist with parts prep for new truck production (NTP) and repairs/diagnostics
- Assist with checking in trucks and creating case records
- Maintain lot organization and inventory accuracy (100%)
- Track and verify storage records to ensure units are properly accounted for
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
