Requirements

A valid driver’s license
Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
Physical ability to bend, stand, lift, and move vehicles throughout the day
A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Hardworking, reliable and eager to learn
A team player who takes pride in keeping the shop clean and organized
A self-starter who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using hand tools and mechanical buffers
Deep-clean vehicle interiors: vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean dashboards, windows, and seats
Perform minor scratch and blemish repairs
Apply surface protectants and treatments as needed
Organize and maintain detailing tools, materials, and supplies
Assist other departments by preparing vehicles for delivery or display
