About The Position

Northern Roads is seeking a Detailer to join their team. This role involves cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors, supporting the service department with fluid and fuel checks, maintaining a clean work environment, and managing cleaning supply inventory. The Detailer will also complete work based on management requests and vehicle priorities, assist with lot duties, and adhere to health and safety policies. Requirements

• Previous detailing experience in a fast-paced dealership setting
• Valid G Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to reduce customer concerns
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Positive persona and a 'can do' attitude
• Must be able to take pride in their work
• Time management skills

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors including but not limited to washing, polishing, drying, cleaning windshields, lights, mats, vacuuming, shampooing and wiping down interiors by hand, brush or other equipment provided
• Support the service department by adding as necessary windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times including power washing the floors to reduce dirt and build up as required
• Advise when cleaning supplies need replenished
• Complete required work based on requests of management and vehicle priorities
• Assist with the lot as required
• Follow all Group health and safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
