La Mesa RV, a family-owned and operated company founded in 1972, is a leading multi-location RV dealership. La Mesa RV is currently seeking a Detailer for its expanding team in Port Saint Lucie, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be looking for a long-term career opportunity within a growing industry. The Detailer's main responsibility is to clean and refurbish new and used RVs, ensuring all work adheres to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down door jambs.
- Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buff surface.
- Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals.
- Clean and sanitize holding tank.
- Clean engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents.
- Apply special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning products do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturers recommendations.
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
- Restore appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces.
- Use touch up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials.
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
- Replace missing or defective small parts.
