About The Position

Coggin Toyota at The Avenues is seeking Detailers to help run their car wash service lane. This role is crucial in preparing vehicles for customer delivery after a sale or service, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The position involves a variety of cleaning duties for both the exterior and interior of vehicles, focusing on preventative maintenance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Training will be provided for this role.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow manufacturer recommended procedures.
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift light items.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior detailing, including cleaning, restoring, and exceeding the original condition of the car's finish, chrome trim, windows, wheels, and tires.
• Dry the exterior and clean other visible exterior components.
• Perform interior detailing, including cleaning floor mats, upholstery, vacuuming seats and flooring, cleaning compartments, and windows.
• Ensure the interior is dry to prevent mildew.
• Ensure the cabin of the vehicle is clean and smells good using deodorizing products.
• Wash, dry, and detail vehicles for customer delivery or to prepare for vehicle lot inventory.
• Maintain Asbury quality standards.
