Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Strong attention to detail
Sense of urgency
Excellent communication
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
Assist all customers promptly and professionally.
Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
Clean both the exterior and interior of vehicles to dealership standards.
Clean engines and engine compartments thoroughly and safely.
Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and restore the appearance of engine areas, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages.
Complete all work assignments according to applicable safety measures.
Restore vehicles to a new or like-new condition to the best of your ability.
Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed.
Review completed work prior to delivery to ensure quality; communicate any concerns to your supervisor.
Maintain a neat and organized parking lot and work area.
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.
Maintain a valid local area driver’s license and immediately inform management of any changes in its status.
