About The Position
The Lou Fusz Automotive Network is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as an Automotive Detailer / Car Washer / Lot Attendant. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles and dealership while helping ensure our customers receive a clean, professional, and enjoyable experience. Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive detailing, car washing, lot attendant, or dealership experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail new, used, service, and customer vehicles.
- Thoroughly clean vehicle exteriors, including washing, drying, wheels, tires, windows, and other exterior surfaces.
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, consoles, door panels, and windows.
- Remove trash, dirt, dust, and debris from vehicles.
- Perform basic interior and exterior detailing services.
- Apply appropriate cleaning and detailing products to vehicle surfaces.
- Maintain clean and presentable vehicles for display, delivery, service customers, and dealership use.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and ensure they meet dealership standards.
- Assist with moving vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas.
- Park vehicles in designated areas and maintain an organized vehicle inventory.
- Locate and stage vehicles for customers, Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service drive, and vehicle display areas.
- Assist with fueling vehicles and maintaining appropriate fuel levels as needed.
- Help maintain vehicle keys and ensure vehicles are parked in the proper locations.
- Assist with lot organization and inventory movements.
- Maintain and properly use detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Notify management of any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues discovered during the detailing process.
- Follow all procedures for protecting customer vehicles and personal property.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers and fellow employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
