About The Position

Salinas Honda, a member of the Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG), is seeking a Detailer/Car Washer to clean the interiors and exteriors of new and used vehicles. The role includes detailing vehicles that are new, old, or collision-damaged; inspecting work for quality; and meeting specific customer requirements. The position requires coordinating with teammates, maintaining tools and equipment, and promptly reporting vehicle damage to the supervising manager. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to and from work consistently.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; DMV check required.
Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of automotive detailing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail collision-damaged, old, and new vehicles.
Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality service.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
Maintain the proper function of service tools and equipment.
Report any damage clearly and promptly to the supervising manager.
Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
Maintain high standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
