About The Position
At South Country Equipment, we are dedicated to providing our agricultural customers with top-quality machinery and superior service. We are currently seeking a Detail Technician to join our team. As a Detail Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing equipment for delivery and display, ensuring our machines are presented in their best condition. This is a seasonal opportunity with the opportunity to become a full-time permanent position.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive or equipment detailing
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly cleaning and detailing equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, and more
- Inspecting equipment for any damages or defects and reporting them
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing fluids and checking tire pressures
- Assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
