About The Position

We are currently seeking a Detail Tech to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the harder to clean areas of vehicles receive special attention, thorough vacuuming and cleaning of all interior areas, and pre-washing excessively dirty vehicles. You will also be responsible for spot drying, delivering high-quality service, and handling customer vehicles with extreme care. Collaboration within a team is essential to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle cleaning. Prompt reporting of any vehicle damage to management is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Outstanding Customer Service skills and an outgoing attitude
• A strong attention to detail and ability to take pride in a delivering a quality service
• Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the car wash industry is not necessary!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the harder to clean areas are given special attention
• Ensure all areas of the interior of the vehicle are vacuumed and cleaned
• Pre washing excessively dirty vehicles when necessary
• Performing spot drying
• Ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to the customer
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care
• Working as part of a team ensuring high quality and vehicles are cleaned timely
• Promptly reporting any prior or new damage to a customer’s vehicle to management
