About The Position

The Detail Team Leader is responsible for oversight of the detail team. Responsibilities include working with the Service Manager to coordinate schedules for delivery and pick-up, and following through to ensure work is completed correctly the first time and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vessels properly including but not limited to cleaners for various surfaces, degreasers, and waxes.
• Ability to implement safe, effective and efficient work procedures.
• Promote and fully participate in the MarineMax Safety Program; ensuring a safe workplace free of hazards for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day detail operations including scheduling and distribution of work for detailers, utilizing Service Scheduler and other tools as required.
• Routinely inspect quality of work performed as required, prior to delivery to the customer.
• Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vessels properly including but not limited to cleaners for various surfaces, degreasers, and waxes.
• Implement safe, effective and efficient work procedures.
• Promote and fully participate in the MarineMax Safety Program; ensuring a safe workplace free of hazards for all team members.
• Other duties as assigned
