Tom Wood Subaru is looking for a motivated, hands-on Detail Specialist to join their growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with about a year of detailing experience who is passionate about making cars shine and takes pride in their work. The role involves delivering top-notch detailing services, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Pride in your work, strong attention to detail, and a desire to keep improving
Solid communication and customer service skills
Able to stay focused, work independently, and also collaborate in a fast-paced shop environment
Familiarity with detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products
Physically able to lift, bend, and move around vehicles throughout the day
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch detailing services that leave customers impressed every time
Clean, wash, wax, buff, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles — inside and out
Catch the little things others miss: spot imperfections, identify damage, and report them to management
Stay organized and keep track of supplies, completed work, and customer requests
Work in sync with a dedicated team to keep vehicles moving and looking flawless
Maintain a clean, professional workspace that reflects the high standards of the Tom Wood name
Take on additional responsibilities to support the team and keep operations smooth
