Detail Shop Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Bowser Automotive is seeking a Detail Shop Shift Supervisor who will report to the Detail Shop Manager and is responsible for the operations of the Detail Shop during the afternoon shift. Managing a team of detail employees, the manager is responsible for training new employees and ensuring high quality workmanship in the Detail Shop. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Collaborate with the Sales Department to assist in maintaining a high level CSI. The Detail Shop Shift Supervisor must possess a 'hands-on' management style with extreme attention to detail. Hours: Evenings hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays. Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.
Requirements
- High School Degree
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive detailing highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate and train Detail Shop team.
- Manage and maintain smooth operation of Detail Shop through commitment to continuous improvement to reduce costs and streamline operations.
- Maintain relationship with Sales Department to ensure adherence to Bowser vehicle delivery policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety regulations.
