About The Position

We are seeking an experienced detail manager. Compensation based on qualifications and job experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the auto detailing procedures, tools, and products.
- Prior experience working in a detailing shop or related automotive service environment.
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Manage overall workflow of the shop, ensuring timely completion of services.
- Communicate job assignments clearly and efficiently to team members.
- Order, track, and manage shop supplies and product inventory ensuring availability of products.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control for all detailing services performed.
- Ability to manage, train, and support the detailing team.
- Continuously assess operational workflows and propose adjustments to improve efficiency and service quality.
