About The Position

Bowser Automotive is seeking a Detail Lot Attendant to detail and prep pre-owned cars for the showroom and delivery. Attention to detail is required when cleaning and detailing cars. Internal and external customer relationships are necessary to ensure a smooth operation of the dealership.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Attention to detail.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Good judgment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Manager of Pre-Owned vehicles.
Wash vehicles that are brought to the Detail Shop ensuring showroom quality of every vehicle detailed.
Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice such as spare tires, radio, etc.
Record description of damages and notify Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Park vehicles in assigned areas when detail is completed or ready for delivery.
Occasionally retrieve and/or deliver vehicles to other dealerships.
During winter months, keep doorways shoveled, salted and cleared. Also clear snow and ice from cars in lot.
Perform tasks as directed by Detail Manager and Pre-Owned Sales Manager (ie. emptying trash containers, maintaining order and cleanliness in detail shop, etc.).
