About The Position

This position is responsible for performing facility upkeep activities, including cleaning and maintaining internal areas of the facility. The role involves operating sweepers/scrubbers and ensuring that cleaning tools and supplies are organized and stocked. The Detail Cleaner will also be responsible for mixing chemicals, maintaining inventory, and reporting any unsafe working conditions or improper service procedures to management. A key aspect of this role is to respect the individual by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and building strong, trusting relationships. Responsibilities

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
Detail clean areas such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills in warehouse areas.
Maintain, stock, clean, organize, and record inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies.
Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning.
Safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities.
Operate sweepers/scrubbers.
Spot unsafe working conditions, poor products, and improper service procedures and report them to management.
Ensure facility upkeep equipment is in proper working order.
Strengthen the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
