Jaguar Land Rover Langley is seeking a Detail Associate to join their Service Department. This is a full-time position. Requirements

• Attention to detail and high quality control standards
• Time management skills, ability to work effectively against deadlines
• Previous detail/clean-up experience is a must as you will be required to power polish high end vehicles, with some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Good communication skills, and the ability to express customers’ interests, needs and requests to management and the parts team
• Be flexible with work scheduling, including ability to work weekends
• Have a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and ability to present a current copy of driver’s abstract for review
• Indoor and outdoor work environment
• Physical work including standing, bending, and lifting
• Flexible schedule may be required, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and shampooing
• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, ensuring showroom-ready condition
• Clean and maintain service customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Conduct final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and equipment
• Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property
• Monitor and restock detailing supplies as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
