- Manage client communications from initial inquiry through trip completion, ensuring exceptional service.
- Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations.
- Promote special packages, exclusive deals, and seasonal offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, changes, and any travel issues promptly and professionally.
