About The Position

As a Dessert Cart Attendant, you’ll provide an elevated, personalized experience for guests by offering a variety of delectable desserts during Chicago Bears games, Chicago Fire matches, concerts, and other premier events.

Requirements

• Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with VIP guests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
• Physical ability to push or maneuver a mobile cart and navigate through crowded suite areas.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert items for assigned dessert cart(s) prior to guest arrival.
• Operate a mobile dessert cart, showcasing and serving a selection of premium desserts to guests in suite areas.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about dessert options and making recommendations.
• Ensure the dessert cart is fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing throughout the event.
• Handle dessert orders and/or electronic payments accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping for all transactions.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring the quality and safety of all items served.
• Assist with restocking and cleaning the dessert cart after the event to prepare for future use.
