About The Position

The Dessert Cart Attendant/Cashier is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed. This role involves various food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing friendly and efficient customer service. The position is with Levy, a member of Compass Group USA, operating at Bank of America Stadium.

Requirements

Must be able to perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
Must be able to weigh and measure ingredients.
Must be able to carry pans, kettles and trays of food.
Must be able to store food following proper procedures.
Must be able to clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
Must be able to distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Must be able to utilize approved food recipes and production standards.
Must be able to serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
Must be able to resolve customer concerns.
Must ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
Must assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
