The Desktop Technician works on a team to deploy new workstations, provide on-site support for clients, troubleshoot initial issues, and deliver top-quality service both in the office and at client sites. As a member of the team, you’ll be immersed in a culture of mutual support, collaborative problem solving, learning/development, and comic relief. This is a growth-oriented role. As a qualified applicant, you will bring solid Windows and desktop experience (and ideally, education). Once in this role, certifications are paid-for, continuous training is provided, significant experience is gained, and a growth track is outlined.
