About The Position

Kforce has a technology client seeking a Desktop Systems Specialist to join their team in Tualatin, OR. This role will require candidates to work onsite Monday through Friday at their offices. Day-to-day work will consist of traditional IT support work, which will require interfacing directly with users across the company to resolve IT issues. Strong communication skills are a must since you will be interfacing directly with other employees to resolve IT support tickets.

Requirements

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve both hardware and software issues within a Windows 11 environment
• Expertise in assisting with DSS (i.e., asset management teams, new hire setups, etc.)
