About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations across end-user systems. This role involves supporting Microsoft technologies, managing deployments, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Windows 11 operating systems.
Hands-on experience with SCCM for imaging and deployment.
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Previous experience in desktop support or similar IT role.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ControlUp for performance monitoring and troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Utilize Microsoft SCCM for imaging, deployment, and patch management of desktops and laptops.
Perform Active Directory tasks, including user account management and permissions using ADUC.
Assist with Windows 11 configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for end-user devices.
Document all work and resolutions in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Collaborate with team members to complete hardware refresh projects and other technology initiatives.
Experience with ControlUp for performance monitoring and troubleshooting is a plus.
