About The Position

Join a team where you’ll be the go‑to expert for end‑user support in a modern Microsoft 365 environment. You’ll handle a mix of hands‑on and remote Tier 1–2 support, working with Windows devices, M365 apps, Intune, and Windows Autopilot. Requirements

  • 5+ years in desktop support, help desk, or EUC
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common endpoint hardware
  • Working experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 cloud services
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tickets and stay organized in a fast‑moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide in‑person, phone, and remote support for end users
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, hardware, and peripherals
  • Support Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Provision and deploy Windows devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot
  • Enroll and configure devices (profiles, compliance, apps)
  • Assist with Autopilot registrations, device tagging, provisioning issues
  • Package/deploy applications and troubleshoot install failures
  • Support iOS devices, MFA sign‑in issues, and Windows Hello for Business
  • Help with occasional field/jobsite needs: basic networking, AV rooms, equipment setup, etc.
