Investigate and resolve user issues, ensuring seamless IT operations. Install, configure, and maintain computers, network cabling, and related equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal performance. Provide end-user training and support for company-supported applications. Assist with Active Directory administration, Azure AD support, and Okta Identity Management. Manage asset inventory, help desk software, and phone system users. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of site support experience required.
  • Knowledge of workstations, laptops, Office applications, and Windows 10/11.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full-time, onsite/in-office (40 hours/week), with potential evening and weekend work as needed.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint support is a plus.
